This kind of blood collection tube uses 0.109mol/L sodium citrate buffer system for anticoagulation, and the precise volume ratio of anticoagulant to blood is 1:9. It adopts double-layer tube, which can reduce the occurrence of activation of extrinsic coagulation mechanism and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
