How to work a flow sensor?
Flow sensors function by identifying alterations induced by fluid motion, including variations in pressure, generated voltage,
mechanical displacement, or thermal exchange. These measured phenomena are then transformed into an electrical output
that correlates directly with the fluid's flow rate.
How to check flow sensor?
1.Attach the multimeter probes: Connect one probe to the black wire and the other to the yellow wire.
2.Verify static mode: Ensure the multimeter reads zero when no flow is present.
3.Simulate fluid flow: Generate airflow through the sensor using any suitable method (e.g., blowing, using a fan, or a small pump).
