" Not Recognized" Error: The PENTAX video processor fails to detect the gastroscope entirely when plugged in.
Image Artifacts: Persistent horizontal or vertical colored lines, rolling noise, or a completely distorted "static" image on the monitor.
Intermittent Video Loss: The image drops out or freezes when the endoscope's connector or control body is moved or tapped.
Color Shift: Severe color imbalances (e.g., a heavy pink, green, or blue tint) that cannot be corrected via standard White Balance.
