TD4 Low Speed Centrifuge Common failure analysis:
1. After the power is turned on, the control panel displays normal, and the cooling fan works normally. When the start button is pressed, the intermediate relay works and the centrifuge does not work. According to the analysis of the fault phenomenon, the power supply part and the control part should be normal, and the fault should be at the line from the control board to the motor, the carbon brush and the motor. Turn on the centrifuge, use a multimeter to measure the continuity of the line from the control board to the carbon brush, and then measure that the carbon brush does not conduct when it reaches the motor rotor. Carefully observe the poor contact between the carbon brush and the motor rotor. Remove the carbon brush and find that it has been used for too long. Caused by too short. Replace with a new carbon brush, troubleshooting. This kind of failure is a common failure of the centrifuge, and the carbon brushes should be replaced regularly to avoid the above failures.

After starting up, use a multimeter to measure the non-voltage output of the wire from the control board to the motor. It can be judged that the fault should be on the control board. The intermediate relay does not work. The fault should be on the control circuit that controls the intermediate relay. Eliminate one by one, and find C9013 on the control board. The triode breakdown, the new C9013 triode is worse, troubleshooting.
