Product Processing
Material Selection & Pre-Machining Heat Treat:
420J2: Supplied in annealed condition. Parts are rough-machined to near-net shape, then undergo vacuum hardening and tempering to achieve final hardness (50-55 HRC).
17-4PH: Supplied in Solution Treated (Condition A) state. Parts are fully machined to final dimensions in this soft state, then undergo precipitation hardening (aging, e.g., H900) to achieve high strength (up to 40-45 HRC).
精密Multi-Axis CNC Milling Setup: The heat-treated (420J2) or soft (17-4PH) blanks are fixtured in high-precision 3+2 axis or 5-axis simultaneous CNC milling centers. Fixturing strategies are critical for thin-walled,镂空structures to prevent vibration and chatter.
Complex Openwork Machining (Core Process): Using long-reach, small-diameter end mills (down to 0.3mm), the intricate internal geometries are machined. This includes:
