Product Processing

  1. Material Preparation: Selection and cutting of certified 316L stainless steel capillary tubing (ASTM A269) to precise length.

  2. Precision Tip Machining (CNC Milling/ Grinding): Using micro-machining techniques to shape the needle tip. This can create:

    • A sharp, beveled point for piercing septa.

    • A blunt, polished end for cannula applications.
