Infant Manikin Scalp Puncture Training Simulator with Mechanical Rotating Device

The model provides clinical interpretation of infant scalp intravenous puncture with ideal teaching aid. The model is a complete head structure, being made of imported high-quality materials, which is able to conduct nursing training of intravenous infusion and venous transfusion. It is applicable to demonstration and training of nursing schools, medical schools and clinical health-care personnel.

Main Functional Features of Product:

1. It is a breakthrough for this product since blood leakage occurred after long-term use of the puncture model in the past, which could be avoided for the reason that broken vessels could be removed by revolving, which could meet the needs of repetitive practice of operators.

2. Both the scalp and vessels could be replaced. It could be used repetitively through rational maintenance.

3. The infant head could be lifted 15 degrees and rotated 360 degrees, which is convenient to operate.

4. The blood bag is equipped in the outside, which is helpful for blood supply of infant head.

Operating Instructions:

1. Take out the model and blood bag for infusion. Use dry blood to make simulated blood and put it into infusion bag.

2. Connect the simulated vessels with infusion bad through luer fitting. Then turn on  the switch of infusion bag to fill the vessels. 

3. Localize the puncture site and puncture (No. 6 infant scalp needle is recommended)

4. After training, turn off the adjuster of infusion bag. Turn the curly knob counterclockwise for 2 circles and then replace the puncture site to avoid using broken vessels during next  training. (Normally speaking, it is available to puncture on one site for 20 to 30 times.) 

Methods of Puncture Vessels Replacement:

1. Push back the  roof panel of  GD/HS6G, unscrew 4 cross-head screws of cover board and take out the cover board, discharge remained vessels.

2. Raise the infant scalp coming down from the top to uncover the scalp vessels. Insert one end of new vessel into scalp puncture site. Extract it from the neck(Extract it with vessel forceps). Insert into the crack between two gears through circular holes on cover board and anti-clockwise rotation will leads to vessel extraction. Then connect it with water outlet (Glue could be used to stick the outlet) .

3. Connect the other end with water outlet, roll the remained vessels in clockwise and put it above the cover board.

Notes: If encounter any difficult with replacement, repairing-after-sale is available.(If it is not within valid period, you shall pay for repairs)

Notes:

1. If leakage happens after replacement of puncture site, turn off the infusion bag. The infant headgear could be detached. Wipe off it with dry cloth and turn the leakage part to clipped area.

2. If there is gas in simulated vessel, it is able to straighten up the vessel and stretch it. Open the other end of the vessel to evacuate the gas, and then clip the exhaust pipe 

3. Please do not put infant head model on presswork like newspaper.

4. Marks should be avoided on the infant head model.

Maintenance and Warranty:

1. After operation training is finished, it is available to use clean water or soap to clean the surface. Do not soak infant head into liquid. It could be stored in specific box if it will not used for a long time.

2. Being exposed to the sun directly, high temperature and humidity should be avoided. Keeping it at a dry and ventilated place will extend its service life.

3. If any quality problem of the model caused by manufacturing process or fault of original product(save for human factors)  occurs, we will be responsible for the maintenance free. This warranty is valid for one year after the date of the purchase or subject to the terms of the contract. And lifelong maintenance is guaranteed while it is at your own expense.
