1. Multiple Capacity Options The DGLS series is available in 35L, 50L, 75L, 100L, 120L and 150L capacities for laboratory, research, education, food testing and industrial workloads. The vertical top-loading chamber saves floor space and accommodates bottles, glassware, culture containers, tools and wrapped materials.
2. Stable Parameter Control The unit provides a temperature range of 116-134°C and a timer range of 4-120 minutes. Rated working temperature reaches 134°C, with 0.22 MPa working pressure and 0.25 MPa design pressure. The digital panel and pressure gauge make parameter setting and monitoring clear and convenient.
3. Durable Stainless Steel Structure The stainless steel cabinet and chamber are easy to clean and suitable for frequent use. A multi-point locking system supports reliable chamber sealing, while the wide top opening allows convenient loading, unloading and cleaning. The floor-standing structure is designed for long-term operation.
4. Flexible Power and Configuration AC 110V 60Hz or AC 220V 50Hz options support different regional requirements. Rated power ranges from 2.5KW to 6KW according to capacity. Multiple chamber sizes and optional basket configurations help match different load types, workflows and installation spaces.
5. Convenient Daily Operation The machine features a clear digital display, easy-access buttons, separate Water Out and Air Out ports, side ventilation and mobile caster wheels. It can be positioned close to the work area and moved when required. Suitable for glassware processing, culture media preparation, research tools, textile packs and other laboratory tasks.
