1. Intelligent Digital Control The DGL-M Series features microcomputer automatic control with a clear digital display for temperature, time and operating status. Adjustable settings include a 116-134°C temperature range, 4-120 minute processing time and 0-240 minute drying time for laboratory, research and industrial workflows.
2. Four Capacity Options Choose from 35L, 50L, 75L and 100L models for different batch requirements. The vertical loading design saves floor space, while the deep chamber and removable bucket or optional basket help organize glassware, containers, tools and other compatible items.
3. Stainless Steel Construction The chamber and main body use high-quality stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance and easier cleaning. The handwheel locking structure and self-expanding seal help maintain stable closure and pressure during repeated high-temperature steam processing.
4. Multiple Safety Protections Protection functions include a safety interlock, over-temperature protection, over-pressure self-relief, low-water-level protection and anti-dry-heating protection. A standard test interface supports routine verification, while the buzzer reminder and automatic shutdown reduce supervision after each cycle.
5. Efficient Automatic Operation Automatic cold-air discharge before processing and steam discharge after completion help improve circulation and simplify daily work. Optional automatic water intake reduces manual refilling. The series offers 0.22 MPa rated working pressure, 3.5-4.5 kW power and AC 110V 60Hz or AC 220V 50Hz options.
