1. Four Capacity Options Available in 35L, 50L, 75L and 100L, the DGL-B Series supports different laboratory workloads and batch sizes. Chamber dimensions range from 300x450 mm to 450x615 mm, providing practical space for bottles, glassware, sample containers, instruments and other routine supplies.
2. Adjustable Temperature and Timer The operating temperature can be set from 116-134°C, with an adjustable time range of 4-120 minutes. The digital panel displays temperature and operating time clearly, helping users set and monitor each cycle more easily. A pressure gauge allows convenient observation during operation.
3. Stable Pressure Performance The unit is designed for 0.25 MPa and operates at a rated working pressure of 0.22 MPa. Its handwheel locking structure helps keep the lid securely sealed, while the vertical design combines pressure monitoring, temperature control and simple operation for dependable daily processing.
4. Durable Stainless Steel Chamber The chamber and main housing use stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance, durability and easier cleaning. The deep vertical chamber provides efficient loading space, while the perforated inner basket supports steam circulation around the load for consistent processing.
5. Flexible Electrical Configuration Power ranges from 2.5 kW to 4.5 kW according to capacity. AC 110V 60Hz and AC 220V 50Hz options are available for different markets. Caster wheels make the unit easier to move, while the water inlet and outlet simplify filling, drainage and routine maintenance.
