1. Control System Intelligent microcomputer control for stable system performance. Stores up to 10 programs.
2. Display & Operation Large screen LCD color display showing speed, RCF, time, rotor ID, rotor capacity, program groups, acceleration/deceleration profiles, etc. Set values and actual running values are displayed simultaneously for easy reading and parameter management. Alerts and fault messages are clearly shown. Parameters can be changed during operation without stopping the run.
3. Motor AC brushless variable frequency motor, supports both momentary and continuous centrifugation. FOC vector control system ensures higher precision, low noise, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness.
4. Acceleration/Deceleration Profiles & Damping 11 acceleration rates and 11 deceleration rates. Three stage damping with custom high-quality NR rubber prevents sample resuspension and ensures optimal centrifugation results.
5. Construction Materials Steel body with powder coated exterior for uniform surface, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance. The centrifuge chamber is made of high grade 304 stainless steel for long term durability.
6. Safety Features Built in self diagnostic system that automatically detects over speed, incorrect operation, speed faults, lid lock failures, imbalance, and other issues. Fault messages are displayed on screen to ensure operator and machine safety.
7. Door Lock Both mechanical and electronic door locks for high reliability.
8. Rotor Mounting Special spindle connection for easy, orientation free rotor mounting and removal. Larger contact area ensures safe and reliable operation.
9. Thermal Management Proprietary airflow design minimizes temperature rise and effectively protects samples during operation.
10. Optimized Performance Users can set acceleration/deceleration curves, centrifugation time, and automatically calculate RCF values for optimal centrifugation results.
