Optical Principles & Imaging Logic
Base Material: High-transparency PMMA acrylic with single-sided precision thermoformed concave curvature and vacuum-coated semi-transparent light-splitting film (environmentally friendly chrome/titanium coating).
Light Path: LED emits light → penetrates concave semi-transparent lens → reflects off bottom mirror layer → passes through concave light-splitting film again
Light undergoes infinite back-and-forth refraction between mirror layers
Concave light focusing, centered image, full three-dimensional depth
Lens Housing Compatibility
Compatible only with flat, straight light housings
Compatible with curved logos and curved light housings, with high fit
Glare Control
Light scatters at the edges, causing glare
