Compression mold for Melamine tableware
Compression molds mainly for thermoset plastic molding. Its forming method is (in various forms of powder, granular, flake, chips, fibers, etc. ) directly into the plastic material having a predetermined temperature, the mold cavity and the loading chamber, then the mold is closed at a constant speed, plastic under heat and pressure melt flow, and soon filled the entire cavity, get plastic parts required shape and dimensions. Finally, remove the plastic mold opens.

Pressure plastic molding advantages:
