Dongxin Melamine Crockery Machine is a heavy-duty automatic hydraulic compression molding press specifically engineered for manufacturing high-quality melamine tableware. Available in 200-ton, 250-ton, 300-ton, and 350-ton clamping force configurations, this PLC-controlled pressing machine transforms melamine molding compound (MMC), urea molding compound (UMC), and bamboo fiber materials into durable, food-safe dinnerware including plates, bowls, cups, spoons, and trays.
With Taiwan-upgraded hydraulic technology and precision-engineered casting components, Dongxin machines deliver stable vertical pressure up to 210 kg/cm², ensuring perfect mold filling and eliminating common defects like insufficient curing, burrs, or dimensional inconsistencies.
Constructed from Grade 50 nodular cast iron (ductile iron) with heat-treated tension columns (Ø90mm-Ø120mm), the Dongxin press frame withstands high off-center loads without deformation. This heavy-duty construction ensures 15+ years service life, significantly outperforming standard cast iron alternatives.
Dongxin Melamine Dinner Making Machine is designed for processing various thermosetting molding compounds, including Melamine Moulding Compound (MMC), Urea Moulding Compound (UMC), and bamboo fiber materials. The machine is widely used for manufacturing food-safe melamine tableware such as plates, bowls, cups, spoons, trays, and other molded products.
Dongxin provides multiple hydraulic press models with different clamping forces, including 200-ton, 250-ton, 300-ton, and 350-ton configurations. Customers can select the suitable machine according to product size, mold structure, production requirements, and output capacity.
The PLC control system provides intelligent operation management with a user-friendly HMI touchscreen interface.
