The Double Color Melamine Press Machine (also known as two-color melamine molding machine, bi-color hydraulic press, or dual-tone tableware forming machine) is an advanced hydraulic compression molding system designed to manufacture stunning two-tone melamine dinnerware. This specialized equipment seamlessly integrates two different colored melamine molding compounds (MMC) into a single product, creating visually striking tableware with contrasting interior/exterior colors or multi-colored patterns.
Unlike single-color machines, this double color press uses sophisticated mold technology and precision material dosing to produce high-value-added products such as two-tone bowls, dual-color plates, contrasting cups, and decorative serving trays. The machine is extensively utilized for premium tableware, toilet seat covers, bakelite switches, and mahjong tiles.
