We adopt standardized production workflow for every chrome plated melamine mould. Raw mold steel will be inspected first, then processed by CNC precision machining, heat treatment, fine polishing and hard chrome plating one by one. Each procedure has strict quality inspection to ensure mold hardness, flatness and plating adhesion.

All finished moulds will pass real powder trial molding test before delivery. We check surface gloss, demolding performance and venting effect to make sure stable mass production. For packaging, the mould is coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped with waterproof shockproof film, then packed in export fumigated wooden case. Operation manual, assembly drawing and spare parts list are provided together.
