Production Process
Raw mold steel -> CNC rough machining -> Heat treatment -> Fine grinding -> Precision polishing / chrome plating -> Trial molding test -> Finishing. Every mould will carry out trial production on melamine press before delivery, to check tableware appearance, size and demoulding effect.
Quality Inspection
Raw material inspection: Check mold steel material certificate.
Dimension inspection: Use caliper and coordinate measuring instrument to control tolerance.
Surface inspection: Check polishing quality, no scratch, no defect.
Trial molding test: Test run with melamine powder, verify finished tableware quality.
Packaging
Mould surface coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped with waterproof film, packed in solid wooden case for sea freight, prevent collision and rust during long transportation.
