This automatic grinding machine is specially developed for the post-processing of melamine tableware, including melamine plates, bowls, spoons, trays and cutlery. It removes burrs, flash, rough edges and surface marks left after hot-press molding. The machine performs automatic feeding, positioning, grinding and discharging, greatly reducing manual dependence, stabilizing product surface finish and improving the consistency of finished melamine products. It is an essential supporting unit for melamine tableware production lines, working alongside the melamine hydraulic molding press, automatic weighing machine and decal paper processing station.

After melamine tableware is demolded from the hydraulic press, flash and rough edges remain on the rim. The workpiece is automatically conveyed to the grinding station, where the grinding wheel rotates at the set speed and performs fixed-track grinding on the edge and surface of the melamine ware. Grinding pressure and running track are controlled by the PLC. After grinding, the finished product is automatically sent out. Dust generated during the process is discharged through the dust pipe to reduce powder floating in the workshop.
