Melamine Dinnerware Mould For Hydraulic Press Machine

This melamine dinnerware mould is specially manufactured to match melamine hydraulic press machines for hot compression molding. It is the core forming tool used to produce various melamine tableware from melamine molding powder. After feeding pre-weighed and preheated melamine powder into the mould cavity, the hydraulic press provides stable pressure and heating to cure the raw material into finished dinnerware.

We support full customization according to customer drawings, samples or design concepts, including product shape, cavity number, logo and surface finish. Every mould undergoes trial pressing and sample confirmation before shipment to guarantee stable mass production for tableware factories.

1. Made of high-quality pre-hardened mould steel with good hardness, wear resistance and thermal stability. It can withstand long cycles of high temperature and high pressure without easy deformation.
2. High-precision CNC machining process. The cavity can be mirror polished or hard chrome plated, delivering an ultra-smooth surface, easy demolding and fewer burrs on finished melamine products.
3. Flexible cavity configuration: single cavity and multi-cavity options (2/4/6/8 cavities). Multi-cavity design greatly improves output and lowers production cost.
4. Compatible with single-color, two-color and multi-color molding processes. Embossed logo, engraved patterns, matte or glossy surface effects are all available.
5. Reasonable layout of heating channels ensures uniform temperature inside the cavity. This effectively reduces defects such as blistering, cracking, incomplete curing and color difference.
6. Standard mould base, adaptable to most mainstream melamine hydraulic press machines. Simple installation, convenient disassembly and daily maintenance.
7. Strict quality inspection during each production procedure. Stable dimensional tolerance ensures consistent size of melamine dinnerware batch by batch.

After preheating and weighing, melamine powder is loaded into the mould cavity. The hydraulic press closes the mould and maintains preset pressure. The heating system keeps the cavity temperature at 140℃–170℃, so the melamine powder undergoes a cross-linking curing reaction. After pressure holding for a set time, the mould opens automatically and the ejection system pushes out the finished melamine dinnerware. The mould directly controls product shape, surface effect and dimensional accuracy.

This mould is widely adopted in melamine tableware manufacturing factories. Finished melamine dinnerware is supplied to canteens, restaurants, hotels, schools, supermarkets and home use.
