This heavy-duty hydraulic melamine press machine is specially engineered for hot compression molding of melamine tableware, serving as the core forming equipment for melamine dinnerware manufacturing factories. Built with a rigid four-column nodular cast iron frame, it delivers stable, consistent hydraulic pressure and uniform heating across the mold platen, making it ideal for mass production of melamine plates, bowls, spoons, forks, cups, trays, kids tableware, hotel crockery and restaurant serving ware. It fully supports single-color, two-color molding as well as in-mold transfer printing with melamine flower transfer paper, and is perfectly matched with melamine molding powder, customized molds and supporting auxiliary machines in the whole production line.

The machine adopts a mature hydraulic compression molding principle. After melamine powder is weighed and loaded into the heated mold cavity, the hydraulic system drives the upper platen to close, pressurize, hold pressure and heat. Under set temperature and pressure, melamine powder melts, flows evenly and cross-links for curing, forming dense, smooth, food-safe melamine finished products without bubbles, cracks or surface deformation. Degassing cycles can be programmed to exhaust internal air, greatly lowering the defective rate for high-gloss tableware with flower patterns.

Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system and human-machine touch screen, all production parameters are adjustable and saved directly on the panel, including molding pressure, heating temperature, pressure holding time, mold opening stroke, degassing times and cycle delay. Operators can recall different parameter recipes for different tableware products, with no repeated manual setting needed. The hydraulic cylinder is fitted with high-quality imported sealing components to reduce oil leakage, stabilize pressure output and extend service life. An optional servo hydraulic drive is available; compared with a traditional fixed pump hydraulic system, the servo version saves 20%–35% in electricity cost, runs quieter and generates less heat for long-time continuous shift production.

The heating plates adopt an electric heating tube design with independent temperature control modules. Temperature control precision reaches ±1℃, with heating distributed evenly across the whole working platen, avoiding local overheating or insufficient curing that causes yellowing, blistering and poor surface gloss of melamine goods. The adjustable temperature range is 120℃ to 180℃, covering the curing requirements of A1, A3 and A5 grade melamine formaldehyde powder and urea-formaldehyde raw materials. Standard tonnage options cover 100T, 160T, 200T, 250T, 300T, 350T, 400T, 500T and 600T. Working platen size, daylight opening height, cylinder stroke and heating power can be customized strictly according to customers' mold drawings, cavity quantity and product specifications.

Multiple safety protection functions are built into this hydraulic molding press. A safety light curtain, emergency stop button, overpressure alarm, over-temperature protection and mold slow-down setting help prevent accidental injury during manual loading and unloading. The frame structure undergoes stress relief annealing treatment after casting and machining, resisting deformation even after years of 24-hour non-stop production. Spare parts are in stock for fast replacement, and daily maintenance is simple and convenient, helping factories reduce downtime and improve overall production efficiency.

The whole machine is packed in a seaworthy fumigated wooden case for ocean freight. It is internally fixed with steel brackets and wrapped with moisture-proof film to avoid rust and damage during long sea transportation. The loading port can be Xiamen, Ningbo or Shanghai as requested.
