What is Urea formaldehyde Resin Powder
Urea-formaldehyde resin is the main adhesive in wood industry at home and abroad. It has been widely used because of its high adhesive strength, fast curing, good operability, low production cost, abundant raw materials and a series of advantages. However, the free formaldehyde contained in UF resin is toxic, and the lower the content of free formaldehyde in the resin, the less toxic it is. Reduce the content of free formaldehyde in urea formaldehyde resin with various way, one of the most effective method is to reduce the molar ratio of formaldehyde in urea, but reducing the amount of formaldehyde, will lead to complication of urea-formaldehyde resin production process, ending control difficult, resin curing time prolonging and bond strength of resin and storage stability to reduce the faults. Therefore, it is of practical significance to find an effective method to eliminate the disadvantages brought by low formaldehyde/urea (F/U) molar ratio
