Phenolic Moulding Compound is high-strength thermosetting bakelite powder based on phenolic-formaldehyde resin system. This grade delivers Charpy impact strength 7-10 KJ/m² and tensile strength 35-50 MPa, featuring outstanding mechanical toughness, heat resistance, dimensional stability and reliable electrical insulation performance.
Suitable for compression, transfer and partial injection molding processes. After hot curing, finished parts resist impact load, thermal aging and chemical corrosion. Widely adopted for low-voltage electrical insulating parts, automotive accessories, machinery structural components and heat-resistant household hardware.

Each batch undergoes homogenizing mixing and simulation hot-press test to verify impact strength, tensile performance, heat-resistance and molding behavior.
