To achieve a flawless, ceramic-like finish for hotel-grade dinnerware, please follow these processing tips:
Preheating is Key: We highly recommend using a high-frequency preheating machine to warm the UMC powder to 75°C - 85°C. This eliminates inner moisture, shortens the curing time, and enhances the surface shine.
Mould Maintenance: Keep the compression mould surface polished to a mirror finish. Apply proper degassing (breathing) cycles during the first 3-5 seconds of pressing to let out residual vapors.
Storage & Shelf Life: Keep the bags sealed and stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse below 25°C. Protect from moisture. Best used within 6 months from the production date.
