Q1. I am a small wholesaler, do you accept small order?
Yes, our MOQ is 20 pcs per order can mix colors.
Q2. Can I order samples first before placing the bulk order?
Yes, we understand that customers want samples first, and then need a sales period to collect orders from their customers. This is not a problem. You are welcome to order samples first.
However, we will ask for a small amount of deposit in case the investment on new sampling as per your specification request is not a small one. But this deposit will be reimbursed when bulk order fixed.
Q3. What is the lead time for samples?
If we’re not in busy season, you order samples will be shipped to you in 3-7 days.
Q4. What is the lead time for delivery?
In general we’re able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 15-25 days since order of confirmation fixed.
Q5. Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
Yes, and you have two options:
1) Send your label design to us and we make them for you
2) Send your finished labels to us and we put them on the clothes( free of charge)
Q6. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Regarding OEM service, general minimum order quantity (MOQ) of each design is 100 pieces per color.
For your special request with less MOQ, please let us know. We’d check with our warehouse and our fabric supplier to find a possible solution...Pls contacts us for detail.
