While our compound natively molds into a highly glossy, porcelain-like surface, for absolute premium retail tableware, we still recommend applying a thin layer of our Melamine Glazing Powder (LG220) at the final stage of molding to achieve a flawless "mirror effect" and seal the decal paper.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom colors?
Our standard white and black powders have an MOQ of 1 Ton. For customized Pantone or RAL colors, the MOQ is 5 Tons per color to allow for accurate industrial color calibration in our laboratory.
