Heat Resistant White Melamine Glazing Powder is pure-resin overlay fine powder (model LG250), specially developed for hot-press overlay of melamine print decal paper. Without cellulose filler, this high-purity melamine-formaldehyde resin powder features excellent heat-resistance and melt spreadability.
During hot compression molding, it melts and forms a crystal-clear, hard protective glaze layer on top of printed decal paper. It locks in decal printing patterns, prevents pattern fading, scratching and peeling, meanwhile delivers porcelain-like high-gloss surface for finished melamine tableware.
