Our Melamine Glazing Powder (CAS No. 108-78-1 / EINECS No. C3H6N6) is a high-purity, thermosetting molecular compound designed specifically for the surface treatment of melamine tableware.
Also known as Melamine Shinning Powder (LG110/LG220), it is used during the final stage of the molding process. When sprinkled onto the surface of melamine dinnerware, it melts into a transparent, brilliant, and protective layer that mimics the elegant look and feel of fine porcelain.

How It Works: The Glazing Process
Pre-forming & Molding: The base melamine molding compound (MMC) is compressed in the mold.
Decal Paper Application: (Optional) The design pattern is applied to the hot surface.
Glazing Powder Application: Evenly sprinkle the Melamine Glazing Powder (C3H6N6) over the surface.
Final Curing: Close the mold under high temperature (165°C - 185°C) and pressure to cure the glazing layer into a rock-hard, shiny shield.

Standard Packaging: 20kg or 25kg multi-layer paper bags with an inner PE moisture-proof liner.
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.
