Product description
Urea melamine formaldehyde resin as basic material, to join the senior cellulose intensifier, add a small amount of special conditioning agent and lubricant additives, pigments, curing were modified, the synthesis of urea-formaldehyde resin with a small amount of melamine, phenol and resorcinol, alkyl amine and furfural can effectively improve the water resistance of urea-formaldehyde resin. The addition of aluminum sulfate and aluminum phosphate as crosslinking agents can also significantly improve water resistance. When adding wood powder, flour, soybean powder, iron oxide, expansive soil and other fillers, the water resistance can also be improved.
The average molecular weight is about 10000. Linear urea-formaldehyde oligomer can be obtained by condensation of urea and 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution under the catalysis of acid or alkali. In industry, alkali is used as catalyst, and the molar ratio of formaldehyde/urea is 1.5~2.0 at about 95℃ to ensure the resin can be cured. The first step of the reaction is to produce one and two hydroxymethyl urea, and then further condensation of hydroxymethyl and amino groups to obtain a soluble resin
