Processing & Molding Guidelines
Storage Note: Keep in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from moisture and direct sunlight. Sealed shelf life is 12 months at temperatures below 25°C.
Preheating: Preheating to 70°C - 80°C via high-frequency preheater is recommended to shorten curing cycle and improve surface finish
Mold Temperature: Maintain cavity and core temperatures between 145°C - 165°C
Degassing: Ensure proper breathing/degassing cycles during compression molding to prevent blisters
