Melamine (chemical formula C3N3 (NH2) 3) is a basic material for making Melamine Resin, which is widely used in textile, plastic, laminate, coating and paint etc.
Melamine is a basic material for melamine molding compound, which is the raw material for melamine tableware molding.
First melamine will mixed with formalin in a chemical reactor to produce melamine resin.
Then the resin will mixed with pulp and other additives in kneader. And finally produce some wet mixture.The wet mix are transferred to the dry process. This how we achieved the finished semi-product, which is also called "popcorn"
Adding the popcorn and ingredients to the ball mill machine. The popcorn and ingredients are inserted into the ball mill machine, where they are grinded and mixed.
Finally the product will be pour into bags after a series of filteration.
