The MFS1S00-H020V is a high-performance 200Gb/s QSFP56 Active Optical Cable (AOC) designed for high-speed data center interconnects. It supports both InfiniBand HDR and 200GbE applications, offering low latency, high bandwidth, and extended reach up to 100 meters. This optical fiber cable is ideal for high-density server and switch interconnections.
The cable complies with SFF-8665, SFF-8636, and InfiniBand HDR standards. It uses VCSEL-based optical engines and supports PAM4 and NRZ modulation. The integrated passive fiber cable design ensures signal integrity and low bit error rate (BER).
The AOC converts electrical signals into optical signals via integrated VCSEL transmitters. These signals are transmitted over multi-mode optical fiber cable and converted back to electrical signals at the receiving end. Each lane operates at 50Gb/s with built-in retiming and clock data recovery (CDR).
