The NVIDIA Quantum QM8700 series sets a new benchmark for fixed-configuration InfiniBand switches. Supporting up to 40 ports at 200Gb/s per port or 80 ports at 100Gb/s via port splitting, this switch provides double-density radix for 100G fabrics. As an unmanaged variant, it is optimized for environments requiring external subnet management.
