The NVIDIA MFP7E10-N020 is a high-performance passive optical fiber cable designed for reliable, high-speed interconnects in modern data centers. This 20-meter multimode cable features MPO-12/APC connectors on both ends and is engineered to support InfiniBand NDR, Ethernet, and NVLink protocols. It ensures low insertion loss and high return loss for superior signal integrity.
The MFP7E10 optical fiber cable utilizes industry-standard 50/125 µm OM4 multimode fibers and MPO-12/APC connectors compliant with IEC 61754-7. It is designed for use with NVIDIA ConnectX-7 adapters, BlueField-3 DPUs, and compatible OSFP/QSFP112 transceivers.
This passive fiber cable uses a Type-B crossover configuration. Fibers from pins 1–4 on one end connect to pins 9–12 on the opposite end, ensuring proper Tx/Rx alignment between transceivers. The APC polish minimizes optical back reflection, preserving signal quality.
