800G OSFP DR8 optical transceiver module designed for next-generation data center and high-performance computing applications. It supports 8x100Gbps lanes over single-mode fiber, delivering high bandwidth and low power consumption in a hot-pluggable form factor.
This optical transceiver module utilizes 53GBaud EML transmitters and PIN PD receivers operating in the 1310nm wavelength range. It employs PAM4 modulation and supports advanced digital diagnostics via I²C interface.
The module converts electrical signals into optical signals using eight independent lanes. Each lane operates at 53.125 GBaud, leveraging LVCML AC-coupled interfaces for high-speed data transmission over single-mode fiber.
