Designed for short-reach multimode fiber applications, this module supports data rates up to 425Gbps over 100m using OM4 fiber. Featuring low power consumption, hot-pluggability, and robust diagnostic monitoring, it is an ideal solution for modern data centers and high-speed networks.
This optical module complies with industry standards including IEEE 802.3db, IEEE 802.3ck, and the QSFP112 MSA. It uses PAM4 modulation and supports 400GAUI-4 electrical interface. The module integrates advanced digital diagnostics for real-time monitoring of temperature, voltage, TX/RX power, and bias current.
The transceiver converts electrical signals into optical signals using four 850nm VCSEL lasers. Each lane operates independently, transmitting data over OM4 fiber via an MPO-12 connector. On the receiver side, a PIN photodiode array converts the optical signals back to electrical data, ensuring high-speed, low-latency communication.
