High Welding Speed And Flatness Fence Mesh Welding Machine
The welding adopts new high efficiency welding mesh transformer, the voltage regulation range is wide, the single time can be welded three times, the welding wire diameter range is enlarged, and the quality of solder joint is improved.
In order to adapt to the capacity of the main power transformer and reduce the current shock, the welding power electronic control adopts the method of one-time welding sub-control power transmission, that is, when welding the same row of cross wire, the welding transformer is operated separately.
The welding power electronic control system adopts synchronous control technology, welding time and sub-control welding are controlled by single chip microcomputer, the control precision is high and the performance is stable.
Application field: this type of machine is mainly used for welding guardrail net (highway, railway, Weishan), fence net, bridge, pavement, floor pouring roof net, coal mine support, etc. The length of the net is normally not more than 15 m (stated at the time of order if the customer has special requirements).
