Double Wires, Reverse Wire Can Be Welded Goods Rack Layer Mesh Welding Machine
(1) At the same time as the machine is installed, the equipment required for power lines, control lines and waterways is ready.
(2) The machine needs AC 380V three-phase power supply, allowing voltage fluctuation of +10%-10%. Voltage beyond the above range may cause the equipment to not work properly or damage.
(3) The cable introduced into the electric cabinet should be arranged neatly, numbered clearly, avoid crossing, and should be fixed firmly, so that the connected terminal row should not be subjected to mechanical stress; the sheathed cable should cut off the steel strip after entering the control panel and control cabinet, the end of the cut off should be fastened and the steel strip should be grounded; the core wire of rubber insulation should be protected by jacket insulation pipe.
(4) After the installation of the cable pipe, should do a good plugging, may be frozen in the area should also prevent water in the pipe icing measures.
(5) Electronic control cabinet, welding main engine, servo motor, water pump should be reliably grounded.
(6) Connect each part of the electrical components according to the electrical circuit diagram, and strictly check to ensure the circuit safety.

After strictly checking the circuit connection and insulation, the power on trial operation, if there is any abnormal, immediately power off, find the cause. During trial operation, the personnel should be away from the movable part of the machine.
