Automatic cross wire feeding mechanism (mechanical shearing)
Under the program control, the servo motor drives the wire feeding wheel to feed the wire rod into the straightening drum, The steel wire is straightened and cut automatically by the rapid rotation of the straightening roller. The steel wire is sent between the electrodes through the spring wire device, and the main beam is welded. After the welding of a row of horizontal wires is completed, the vertical wires step into a grid, and at the same time, a horizontal wire is dropped for welding, which is repeated several times in turn, and a finished mesh is completed;
The feeding of steel wire is smooth, fast and accurate.
