Product description
1.The control system adopts synchronous CNC technology, Panasonic PLC program and HMI. It is easy and convenient to operate with the touching screen.
2. Adjustable distance of the line wire that allows different opening size between the line wire distance, when input the distance of cross wire to computer, any mesh opening can be reach.
3. Mesh pulling system is controlled by panasonic servo motor.
4, Welding transformer:160KVA*3PCS (24welding electrodes) ——every 8 welding heads need a water cooling transformer.
5, Wire feeding method: The line wires from coil wire.The cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut. The cross wire system is controlled by stepping motor. Sends weft wires one by one automatically.The machine will stop working when the cross wire used up in the hopper.
6, Material:Suitable for low carbon iron wire, black annealed wire or galvanized (cold galvanized, hot galvanized) processing.
