1. Stainless Steel VSP Ring --- Random Tower Packing New Choice:
The very special packing ring has reasonable geometric symmetry, good structure uniformity and high void fraction. The exterior eight arc ring and the interior four arc ring are arranged alternately along the axial direction. Each arc section of the very special packing is folded along the radial ring, so that the packing surface is continuously open and evenly distributed in space. Compared with pall ring, the capacity can be increased by 15-30% and the pressure drop can be reduced by 20-30%. Because of its various performance advantages, many chemical plants now use this very special packing ring, also known as VSP ring.
