This welded fence mesh panel welding equipment is very easy to operate. Only need one person to operate.The line wire push car push the line wires to the welding machine. The wire mesh welding machine start to work. The cross wire is feed automatically by stepping motor. Wire mesh welding machine adopts CNC synchronous control technology, welding time and divided control welding time are composed of PLC digital programming system, input panel for touch screen or keyboard two kinds, operation is more intelligent, reasonable.

1. The welded fence mesh panel welding equipment is made of thick steel plate and profile steel, high strength, high toughness, main structure is more solid and stable.
2. The welding adopts separate-control technology, making the welding transformers working separately to reduce the capacity requirement of power transformer and reduce the impact current.
3. The cross wire space adjustment adopts PLC micro-computer control, set on the touch screen.
4. Feeding mode: Automatic feeding by stepping motor, reducing welding waiting time, fast feeding speed and accurate position.
5. Cross wire feeding mode: stepping motor automatic feeding weft blanking, blanking position is accurate.
6. Pulling mesh mode: Servo motor reciprocating drawing, pneumatic tightening weft wire, to ensure the precise position of drawing mesh.
7. The Welded Fence Mesh Panel Welding Equipment suitable material: galvanized wire, round bar, ribbed wire.
