3 Firstly. Put the line wire and Cross wire into the designed mould. Secondly. The mould will be sent under the welding electrodes. The machine will start to work. To welding the wire one by one. Thirdly. The pulling mesh car also pull out the mesh.
Finally. The workers to take out the mesh after finished one piece of mesh panel.
4 The double wire fence mesh panel welding machine adopt Mitsubishi PLC, Mitsubishi servo drivers, Schneider relays etc.
5 The longitude wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut.
6 Wire diameter: 8+6+8mm / 6+5+6mm
7 Mesh open size: 50mm*200mm(customized)
8 Finished product: mesh sheets
9 Wire form: line wire and cross wire are both straightening and cutting wire.
