Roll Mesh Welding Machine Introduction:
1. The roll mesh welding machine is equipped with water cooling tower. And the welding transformer is water cooling. To make the temperture cool down for the welding transformer.
2. The roll mesh welding machine adopt PLC control program. Adjust the mesh size and wire diameter more convenient. The touch screen can set different parameters and languages according to your requirement.
3. The roll mesh welding machine is equipped with inspecting device, The roll mesh welding mahcine will alarm and stop the machine working automatically if the cross wire dropping improperly. Main motor and helical gear reducer connect the main axis directly strong power more durable.
4. The line wire is feeding by coil wire automatic. The coil wrie is put into payoff wire stands. One payoff wire stand can load 300kg wires. The line wire through the straighten device. make the line wire straight. The cross wire is pre-straighten and pre-cut. The cross wire is falling automatically. The high welding speed with 75 times per minute.
5. The winding mahcine will rewind mesh automatically. The winding machine is variable-frequency. The rewinding mesh speed is adjustable according to your requirement. The maximum rewind mesh length 100m.
6. The pulling mesh system is controlled by the servo motor and air cylinder. The pulling mesh size is more accurate then stepping motor. Now many clients require use servo motor to pull mesh. And the pulling mesh car be back and forward recycle. When pulling mesh length reach the required length, the pulling mesh car will back to the welding position.Save labor space.
