1. The reinforced steel bar mesh welding equipment is controlled by computer and PLC programmable controller, with high degree of automation. Imported automatic digital servo motor system ensures accurate grid size. Weldable cold-rolled ribbed steel bar, hot-rolled ribbed steel bar, hot-rolled disc steel bar, cold-rolled round steel bar and other materials with wide adaptability.
2. The transformer, SCR, upper and lower electrodes and other welding systems adopt forced water cooling and are equipped with flow protection devices, so that the unit can work continuously and reliably. According to the user's capacity, welding can be used once or in batches, with great flexibility.
3. Mesh pulling mechanism: Mitsubishi servo motor supporting planetary reducer drives pneumatic clamping mesh pulling device to ensure the stability of the system and the standard size of the welded mesh.Automatic reciprocating mesh drawing can realize the production of lengthening size mesh.
4. Water-cooled welding electrodes and a new type of special transformer for water-cooled welding mesh with epoxy resin are adopted, which is smaller in size and higher in safety and reliability than traditional transformers.
5. The reinforced steel bar mesh welding equipmentwill stop working automatically if there is no cross wires in the hopper device.
6. When there is malfunction on the machine, the PLC will alarm, which is convenient to adjust the equipment.
7. The cross wire space adjustment adopts PLC micro-computer control, set on the touch screen.
