Welded Mesh Panel Production Line Introduction:
Welded mesh panel production line is used for making animal cages, building mesh, floor warming mesh and so on. Welded mesh panel production line can weld wire mesh in panels. The automatic cutting machine can cut the wire mesh into fixed size according to your requirements.
Welded Mesh Panel Production Line Features:
1. The welded mesh panel production line is controlled by computer, the welding current and welding time in each welding transformer can be individually adjusted. The welded mesh panel production line operator interface with color touch screen and control buttons, easy to operate.
2. Host framework structure, stable performance, the welding pressure is continuously adjustable, solid and perfect welding spot.
3. Integrated deceleration electromagnetic brake motors for power, inverter control, adjustable speed.
4. Modular design for the upper and lower electrodes, convenient to adjust the mesh.
5. Both the longitudinal wire and weft wires adopt the feeding method of disk wire, which is convenient and labor-saving
6. The mesh pulling part driven by servo motor can be set a variety of weft space in the same mesh, pull the mesh continuously
back and forth to extend the size of mesh, and use pneumatic clamping device to accurate weft spacing.
7. The warp feeding part driven by stepper motor can be fed the warps which a whole mesh needs when welding, so that the machine
is very short interval of time.
8. Welded mesh panel production line is equipped with a mesh mesh cutting machine. Can make different mesh length according to your request.
9. The mesh cutting is automatic. After cutting, the mesh can fall down automatically to the mesh stacking car.
10. Sturdy structure and world famous electric components are used like Simens, Schneider, Delta etc.
11. The welding time and welding current can be adjusted on the control panel to guarantee solid welding.
12. Water cooling transformer is used for hot area.
13. Raw material can be black wire, galvanized wire or stainless steel wire.
