Wire Mesh Welding Machine Introduction

The wire mesh welding machine is controlled by a computer and PLC programmable controller, offering high automation. It can weld various materials including hot-rolled ribbed, cold-rolled ribbed, hot-rolled plain, and cold-rolled plain rebar, providing broad adaptability. Depending on the user's power consumption, welding can be performed in one or multiple stages, ensuring great flexibility. The unit features a modular design that allows easy adjustment of specifications and convenient maintenance. The welding system—including the welding transformer, thyristors, and upper/lower electrodes—employs forced water cooling with flow protection devices, enabling reliable continuous operation. The pneumatic system pressure is infinitely adjustable, allowing quick response to changes in rebar specifications; welding pressure remains uniform and consistent, ensuring high-quality welds across all points. When producing standard fixed-size mesh, there is no need to adjust the positions of the upper and lower electrodes, eliminating time-consuming spacing adjustments and significantly improving operational efficiency.

Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features 

1. Cross Wire Feeding Unit(pre-cut)

It is installed on the upper of the mesh grid set device.it consists of walking platform,cross wire stacking unit,wire distrbution device and wire feeding device.The distribution device and the wire feeding are driven by pneumatic system under the operation by electrical control system.

Automatic cross wire feeding without the need for manual labor. it is designed for the cross wire is fed from pre-cut wire.

2. Welding System

Welded system is made up of the rack,welding transformer,pressurized cylinder,upper electrode combination,lower electrode combination,cross wire magnetic locator,lift mesh unit,line wire bracket combination,pneumatic system,water cooling system and others spare parts.Welding materal:cold rolled wire,cold rolled round wire,hot rolled wire.

3. Welded Power Cylinder
Special customized cylinder is used for welding power cylinder of this machine,which is specially suitable for steel mesh welding machine.
Its advantage are fast welding speed,firm solder joint and long service life.

4. Pulling Mesh Device

It is to pull the welded cross wires out of the mesh according to the parameters set by the program, and according to the length of the mesh, it can realize multiple reciprocating pulling mesh, until the whole mesh is completely pulled out.
It is composed of four parts: the bottom frame, the movable pulling mesh frame, the pulling mesh car and the supporting mesh tubes.
