The Welded Wire Mesh Machine is an automated system designed for producing barbed shaft mesh and reinforced protective metal mesh. Controlled by a PLC intelligent system, it performs automatic wire feeding, precise positioning, and fast welding. The welded joints are firm and uniform, ensuring high productivity and stable performance — ideal for large-scale industrial production.
Electric Welded Wire Mesh Machine Features
1. Automatic Wire Feeding. Both longitudinal and cross wires are fed automatically from wire coils for stable production.
2. Adjustable 8-level transformer system for different wire diameters and welding strength.
3. Equipped with Delix breakers, Deltai inverters, and Schneder electric parts for reliable performance.
4. Both line wire and cross wires are fully automatic wire feeding through the wire reel.
5. The mesh roll length can be set by the control panel.
6. We can set the output on the counter, and the machine will stop automatically after production.
7. We can easily adjust the welding current when we need to weld different wire diameters.
8. Machinery can be equipped with flat mesh system if you need to produce flat wire mesh.
9. You can produce two rolled wire mesh at the same time, just adjust the cutter position.
