Introduction of Razor Wire Making Machine
Razor barbed wire machine mainly consists of punching machine and coil machine.
Punching machine cuts steel tapes in different razor shapes with different moulds.
Coil machine is used to wrap razor strip up onto the steel wire and wind up the finished products into rolls.
Features of Razor Wire Making Machine
1. Automatic de-coiler holding max. 2tons steel sheet; its motor made of copper leads.
2. We adopts Chinese No. 1 Press machine, and step motor to feed steel sheet fast and smooth.
3. Control box with Text screen and PLC control and Delta inverter easily.
4. Punch machine was equipped with Foot/button switch control separately for easy operation.
5. Customized hardened alloy mold ensures little wastage of raw materials; hot-cast mold, one-year life.
6. Lubricant oil device is visible and central process, maintain machine easily, extend machine life.
7. Strong machine body made of cast steel with complex metal working.
8. Razor coiling machine adopts Grid counter to record loops quantity automatically.
9. Razor coiling machine adopts inverter to adjust working speed, more precise, long life.
10. Roller diameter for finished wire can be adjustable widely.
