Razor Barbed Wire Machine Introduction

The razor barbed wire machine, also known as the blade shearing net machine, is a mechanical device specifically designed for manufacturing blade shearing nets. This razor barbed wire machine is composed of four major modules: the feeding machine, the punching press machine, the receiving machine and the wire wrapping machine. The feeding machine transports the metal plates to the punching press to complete the stamping of the blades. The receiving machine uses a layered winding device to collect the processed strip materials. The wire wrapping machine then wraps it together with the steel wire rope. The key technologies include an automatic replacement system controlled by the magnetic suction component, which can switch the winding drum when at full load and maintain continuous production. There are also auxiliary systems such as automatic waste removal from the punching press and a tensioning walking device.
