Factory Welded Prefabricated Galvanized Steel Framework For Outdoor Fire Box Installation Base
Product Description
Hot dip galvanized fire hydrant steel frame is customized welded steel framework for outdoor fire hydrant / fire cabinet enclosure, fabricated from Q235 square tubes and channel steel with integrated multi-layer stiffener beams to improve overall structural rigidity and collision resistance. Reserved installation connection seats are designed on frame side for quick mounting of exterior decorative panels, access doors and fire fittings.
All welding procedures are completed inside factory, then the whole frame undergoes integral hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment with 60–120μm uniform zinc coating, which effectively resists rainwater, road deicing salt, coastal salt mist and outdoor weathering, ensuring long service life for municipal roadside, industrial park and residential fire protection facilities.
Overall outer dimension, internal stiffener layout, reserved mounting hole positions can be fully customized according to fire hydrant cabinet drawings. On-site construction only needs to fix the steel frame on concrete foundation then assemble outer panels, avoiding complex on-site welding work.
